谷川岳麓の土合口駅から
ロープウェーで10分ほど
上がると、天神平に到着します。
そこからリフトで天神峠へ。
天神峠から約2時間半、
尾根づたいを歩くと
山頂に着くことができます。
途中、急な下りや
木道があるので、
雨あがりなどは
滑りやすく注意が必要です。
肩ノ小屋を過ぎ、
トマノ耳から
オキノ耳への尾根は、
植物の宝庫になっており、
ホソバヒナウスユキソウも
見られます。
山頂からは眼下に
360度の大パノラマが広がる。
近くは白毛門・朝日岳、
遠くは榛名・赤城・武尊山や
三国峠までの縦走路が続く
山々の景観が広がります。
これら山々の雄大さに
人々は魅せられます。
