（くろしまゆいな）さん、
沖縄本島北部、やんばる地域の
ひなびた村の農家に生まれ育ちます、
四兄妹の次女で、
食べること、おいしいものを
こよなく愛しています、
子どものころ、東京から来た
和彦と友人となり、そのとき一度だけ食べた
西洋料理のきらびやかな魅力にとりつかれ、
料理人を目指して上京します、
横浜鶴見の「あまゆ」に下宿しながら、
銀座にある西洋料理店「アッラ・フォンターナ」で
働くことになります、
その後、和彦と再会、紆余曲折を経て
ふたりは思いが通じ合い結婚します、
そして、房子の後押しもあり、
自分の店を開くため
「アッラ・フォンターナ」を退職、
沖縄料理店「ちむどんどん」を開店します、
父親が途中で亡くなってしまいますが、
暢子は父親から沢山の料理を教えて貰えます、
後になって、
暢子が経営する沖縄料理店の
ヒントとなります、
