朝顔（上野樹里さん）は、
つぐみ（加藤柚凪さん）と
一緒に保育園の運動会
に参加します。
楽しそうなつぐみの姿を
見つめる朝顔です。

同じころ、藤堂（板尾創路さん）や
光子（志田未来さん）たちは、
マンションの前で死亡していた
21歳の大学生・小湊真由
（愛甲ひかりさん）の解剖を
行っていた。
真由は、全身を１１ヵ所も刺されて
おり、死因は背部刺創による
出血性ショックだった。
真由が雑誌の人気読者モデル
だったため、SNS上にはこの事件に
関するさまざまな情報が流れていた。
その中には、真由と親交があった
モデル仲間の吉永明日花（水野瑛さん）
や、かつて交際が噂された橘凛太朗
（宮内伊織さん）の犯行を疑う声も
上がっていた。

そんな折、高橋（中尾明慶さん）と
牛島（望月歩さん）が解剖室の
掃除をしていると、突然解剖台横の
水道が壊れ、水が噴き出す事態が発生。
そのせいで、予定されていた解剖は
別の大学に依頼することに
なってしまう。
翌日出勤した朝顔は、真由の事件
について調べるという光子を
手伝おうとした。
だが茶子（山口智子さん）は、
修理が終わるまで休んで
有休を消化するよう朝顔に
指示する。

あくる日、朝顔は、つぐみを連れて
仙ノ浦に向かい、平（時任三郎さん）
と再会する。
その後、体調を崩して入院中の
浩之（柄本明さん）を見舞う朝顔たち。
そんな中、朝顔は、母・里子
（石田ひかりさん）と中学・高校の
同級生だったという美幸
（大竹しのぶさん）と出会う。
一方、桑原（風間俊介さん）は、
発砲した件で刑事部長から臨時の
審議会への出席を命じられていて
って感じなんです。

新しい物語
全編新撮で、朝顔（上野樹里さん）と
桑原（風間俊介さん）との出会いや、
朝顔がつぐみを身ごもってから
生まれるまでのことなど、
これまで描かれることのなかった
朝顔たちの宝物のような物語を
描いていきます。
さらに、初めて執刀助手として解剖に
臨んだ朝顔のエピソードも
明かされます。
はじめての仕事
初めての執刀助手ということで
緊張する朝顔たちのもとへ
運ばれてきた遺体は、
特殊造形の作家をしている
男性です。
第１発見者は小学2年生の男児。
遺体は発見時、体中に砂糖が
ふりかけられているという
異様な状況。
遺体の発見現場にあった
砂糖ケースからは、
なんと男児のものらしき指紋が
検出されました。
この男児が事件とどのように
関わっているのか刑事たちが
測りかねている中、解剖の結果は？
