15年後。
大輝は、東京で警視庁刑事部捜査一課の
刑事として働いています。
渡辺康介の父・昭（酒向芳さん）の
遺体が発見され、渡辺親子は、
何者かに殺害された・・・
ということで捜査が始まります。
昭の遺留品には「真田ウェルネス」と
書かれた紙が見つかり、
大輝はさっそく真田ウェルネスへ向かいます。
昭が真田ウェルネスの社長を
待ち伏せしていた防犯カメラを
確認していると・・・
「あんた、あの寮の女の子だね？」と
女社長にしつこく迫る昭の姿がありました。
そんな中、康介の遺体が発見されたと
メールが届きます。
康介の遺留品には
「梨央のお守り」がありました。
あの時のお守りです。
このお守りを見て、
大輝はハッとします。
当然です。
元々このお守りは、
全国大学駅伝予選会のために
梨央が大輝に送ってくれたもの・・・
その願いがかなった大輝は、
梨央の大学受験の際、合格するように
「必勝合格！百戦百勝！」と書いた紙を
お守りに入れて梨央に渡していました。
なぜ、ここでこのお守りが見つかるのか・・・。
そこへ真田ウェルネスの法務担当・
加瀬（井浦新）がやってきました。
社長は外出中だと伝えます・・・。
昭がつきまとっていた女社長に
会うまで帰らないという大輝を見た加瀬は、
15年前、梨央を迎えに行ったあの日、
彼女が応援していた駅伝選手であることを
思い出して固まります。
梨央は「真田ウェルネス」の
女社長となっていたんです。
今や、梨央は、世界を変える100人の30代、
時価総額1000億円企業、
真田ホールディングスの後継者です。
そんな梨央は敵も多かった。
梨央を敵視する「真田ウェルネス」の専務で
古参社員の後藤信介（及川光博さん）は、
梓の父からは後継者の座を約束されていましたが、
社長の座を梨央に奪われ、
隙きあらば梨央を失脚させようと
企んでいました。
