メイ（多部未華子）とナギサさん（大森南朋）の親密な様子を目撃した田所（瀬戸康史）は、二人が親子ではないと確信するんです。そうなんです、田所はナギサさんはメイの父親だと思っていたんです。
田所はナギサさんに核心を突く問いを投げかけるんです。すると、ナギサさんは田所を伴い、メイの部屋へ・・・
メイが田所さんに秘密をばらす
ナギサさんの表情から状況を察したメイも観念して、田所にこれまで隠し続けていたヒミツを告白することにするんです。
そんな中、天保山製薬ではこれまで経験したことのない症例の問題が発生。メイは田所に相談を持ち掛ける。一方、ナギサさんは唯（趣里）から「ナギサさんに本社への異動の話が出ている」と聞かされ、思わず動揺してしまい・・・。
本当に大切な人は誰？誰なんですかね？ナギサさん？田所？まったく別のやつ？
