2021年1月TBSテレビから放送される、日曜劇場『天国と地獄〜サイコな２人〜』ですが、綾瀬はるかさんが主演です。
警視庁捜査第一課の刑事・望月彩子（綾瀬はるかさん）と、サイコパスな殺人鬼・日高陽斗（高橋一生さん）の魂が入れ替わってしまうという、究極の“入れ替わりエンターテインメント”なんです。

努力家で正義感が強く、気が強く、上昇志向も強いが慌てん坊な刑事・望月彩子（もちづき・あやこ）役は、綾瀬はるかさんが演じます。
表向きは人柄の良いやり手の経営者だがサイコパスな殺人鬼という裏の顔を持つ日高陽斗（ひだか・はると）役は、高橋一生さんが演じます。
彩子の同居人で能天気なヒモ男の渡辺陸（わたなべ・りく）役は、柄本佑さんが演じます。
彩子の天敵として立ち塞がる上司の刑事・河原三雄（かわはら・みつお）役は、北村一輝さんが演じてくれます。
すでに主演が発表されている役者さんに加えて、物語のエキサイティングな展開に絡んでいく主要キャストが新たに決定しましたので、紹介してきます。

彩子の後輩でバディを組む刑事の八巻英雄（やまき・ひでお）役には、『おやじの背中』（２０１４年）以来の日曜劇場出演となる溝端淳平さんが決定しました。
八巻は、弁当発注などの雑務を押し付けられても仕事が楽ならラッキーというスタンスで、毎日必ず定時で帰りたがる典型的なゆとり世代の若手刑事の役なんです。
「天国と地獄〜サイコな２人〜」相棒は溝端淳平、彩子のバディ
彩子からは「ゆとり八巻」と叱られてばかりの現代っ子なんです。
しかし、バディとしていつも彩子の近くで仕事をする存在ゆえに、彩子と日高が入れ替わった後には、双方の間で板挟みになり、数々のトラブルに巻き込まれていってしまうらしいんです。
この頼りない後輩バディ・八巻に一体どんな展開が待ち受けているのか、物語のキーパーソンとなる重要な役どころで溝端がどんな演技をするのかが、ドラマの見どころですかね。

日高が経営するベンチャー企業「コ・アース」で日高の秘書を務める五木樹里（いつき・じゅり）を演じるのは中村ゆりさんです。
日高と樹里は大学の同級生であり、日高のことを最もよく知る右腕的存在なんですね。そんな樹里は、自分を必要としてくれる日高の役に少しでも立ちたいと思っており、彼のことを絶対的に信頼しています。
しかし、深い信頼関係で結ばれていたはずの日高と、女性刑事・彩子とが入れ替わってしまったことで、樹里をはじめとしたコ・アースの社員たちは、会社全体を巻き込んだハプニングの連発に巻き込まれて行ってしまうという話です。

日高の父で、食品メーカー・サンライズフーズの創業社長である日高満（ひだか・みつる）役は木場勝己さんです。
ラーメンの屋台から出発し一代でサンライズフーズを作り上げた、人情に厚い経営者でなんです。
「天国と地獄〜サイコな２人〜」相棒は溝端淳平、岸井ゆきのさん
さらに、日高の妹で、サンライズフーズ東京支社の経営企画室に所属する日高優菜（ひだか・ゆな）役を演じるのは、岸井ゆきのさんです。
明るくほがらかな性格で、家を継がない兄の代わりに会社を支える良き妹。家族として、幼少期から日高のことをよく知る父・満と妹・優菜が、入れ替わってしまった二人の運命にどのように関わっていくのか、目が離せませんね～。

陸のアルバイト仲間で、陸から“師匠”と呼ばれ慕われている湯浅和男（ゆあさ・かずお）役には、迫田孝也さんです。
警視庁鑑識課の新田将吾（にった・しょうご）役に林泰文さん。
警視庁捜査第一課の管理官・五十嵐公平（いがらし・こうへい）役に野間口徹さん。
捜査第一課長・十久河広明（とくがわ・ひろあき）役に吉見一豊さん。
捜査第一課の捜査員で北村演じる河原の相棒・幅健太郎（はば・けんたろう）役に谷恭輔さん。
コ・アースの営業取締役・富樫義貴（とがし・よしたか）役に馬場徹さん。
