アッラ・フォンターナは、
銀座にあるイタリアンレストランです、
オーナーは、
大城房子さんです、
フォンターナはイタリア語で、
泉を意味します、
ドイツの哲学者ニーチェの言葉で、
汝の立つ処 深く掘れ そこに必ず泉あり、
これがフォンターナの由来です、
このフォンターナで暢子は
修行させて貰いますが、
暢子は将来起業することになります、
その時に手を貸してくれるのが、
元同僚の矢作知洋さん（やはぎともひろ）
